About Asbestos Training

Workforce Skills Support are an Asbestos Removal NVQ accredited centre with our Awarding Organisations.

As an accredited centre we deliver Asbestos Removal Certification NVQ qualifications that are recognised by the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) Skills Card Scheme, in turn allowing employers and candidates to apply for their ARCA cards. The ARCA Card Scheme is nationally recognised construction skills cards carrying the CSCS logo.

We offer onsite-assessment nationwide for experienced Asbestos Operatives, Supervisors and Managers from NVQ level 2 to Level 7. These assessments help experienced Asbestos workers demonstrate existing skills, knowledge and experience against the national recognised standards.

QUALIFICATION TITLE

Non-Licensed Work with Asbestos – IATP Approved

OCCUPATION

Trades who will be required to remove or disturb Non-Licensed Asbestos - Plumbers, Demolition, property maintenance, builders, electricians etc.

This 1 day course is aimed at anyone that will come into contact with asbestos during their work activities. Building maintenance and supervisory personnel should also have this training to avoid putting others at risk.

NON-LICENSED WORK WITH ASBESTOS TRAINING

Non-Licensed Work with Asbestos Refresher – Cat B Refresher Training

QUALIFICATION TITLE

Refresher Non-Licensed Work with Asbestos– IATP Approved

OCCUPATION

Trades who will be required to remove or disturb Non-Licensed Asbestos - Plumbers, Demolition, property maintenance, builders, electricians etc.

This 1 day course is aimed at anyone that has completed the Non-Licensed Work with Asbestos training or subsequent refresher course within the last 12 months, and will provide the mandatory training to maintain competence to comply with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
